The Role

We have multiple opportunities for physiotherapists from our bases in Pymble and Kings Park as well as hybrid roles across greater Sydney to cater to our evolving and expanding business.

  • Your role is integral to the success of the company by being the face of the business.
  • Your work will be interesting and challenging.
  • You will be managing a caseload of clients that you will service at their own homes (not stuck behind a desk all day!).
  • Your super charged admin team will schedule your appointments and relieve you of administrative burdens.

Duties

  • Assessing and providing physical therapy techniques to a diverse population of clients (children to adults), including Home Care Package & NDIS clients.
  • Utilising case history and clinical observations to develop and review treatment goals and therapy plans to suit the individualised needs of the client.
  • Monitoring client progress by keeping detailed, up-to-date progress notes and client records and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Writing reports and referral letters.
  • Communicate information and support to families regarding therapy strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with clients extended care team and support network to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Liase with other clinicians and wider team to share learnings, best practices and develop, innovate and refine care plans that aim to promote the best outcomes for clients and their families.
  • Engaging in training and development.
  • Utillise your skills to improve the quality of your client’s life by reducing pain and stiffness, accelerate healing and improve movement.

Skills & Experience

  • Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Physiotherapy.
  • Current Australia Physiotherapy Association Membership.
  • Registered with AHPRA.
  • Car and full drivers license.
  • Empathetic, caring and able to establish and build rapport with clients, their families and support networks.
